This beautifully renovated farm house offers stunning sunrises, water views, and waterfront activities nearby. Kayak, bike ride, or check out the local boat charters for sightseeing and whale watching. Head down to road to Perry's Lobster Shack near the public beach for fresh lobster off the boat!
The stunning blueberry fields in front of this farmhouse slope down to the ocean for beach access and a view of the mountains in Acadia National Park. If you want to explore the sprawling 90 acre preserved property, at the far end you will discover another breathtaking waterfront view and private beach!
The property is fully stocked with everything your family will need to prepare those delicous meals on the grill or in the kitchen. There is ample seating on the screened in porch in the Maine salt air. Take in the spectacular sunrises from the deck, all while enjoying your perfect cup of coffee.
First floor:
A fully stocked kitchen with views from every angle. The living room has a flat screen TV and a heat pump for AC on those warmer days.
Bedroom: Queen bedroom with plenty of storage and a large closet.
Bathroom: Full bathroom with a walk in shower.
Washer/dryer are convenient for your use on the first floor.
Second floor:
The two very large bedrooms upstairs have two beds in each and lots of windows for that ocean view! Bedroom #2 has a queen sized and double sized bed. Bedroom #3 has two double sized beds.
Bathroom: Full bathroom with a tub/shower and plenty of space.
Outdoor space: Screened in porch with a dining table, and propane grill. The expansive deck on the front of the house has an awning for those days in the sunshine!
Beach access is in front of the house, down the blueberry field!
There is hiking, biking, swimming, antiquing, and more in the area with plenty of maps and brochures at the house.
Blue Hill and downtown Surry are close by, with restaurants and grocery stores.
Acadia National Park is about 35 miles away.
Ellsworth is about 15 miles
Kayak rentals, boat charters, and hiking are all available locally.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $500.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 61 days before arrival or earlier, minus 3% credit card processing fee. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 31 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after. 3% credit card processing fee will be charged for all reservation cancellations.

RENTAL RULES
Smoking and vaping are NOT allowed ANYWHERE on the property. Not inside, not outside. If smoking is detected inside the house, there will be an automatic $600 cleaning fee charged to your credit card.
Illegal activities are NOT allowed on the property, including, but not limited to, illegal substances, illegal drugs, and underage drinking.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
If you are adding guest(s) to the guest party we must be notified IN ADVANCE of your reservation. In addition, the total number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity of the home allowed.
You are a short term renter, you are not considered a tenant for any rights or purposes.
The unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Only use appliances for their intended uses.
PETS ARE NOT are allowed some properties. All pets must have been accepted in advance, and have a pet addendum signed. All pets require a pet fee paid in advance.
Fire pits are not allowed on some properties. Please read the guest book. Some towns/properties do not allow ANY outdoor fires.
Swim at your own risk. Be aware of the tides, and storms coming in. Kayaks can be rented locally, and are not supplied.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
Water and Septic: The property is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or wipes should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products or wipes have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged for damages/repairs. When using the washer and dryer, please note that there may be minerals in the water which may affect the contents of the wash.
Check IN is at 3 pm, Check OUT is at 10 am. Please pay attention to these times, the cleaners will be working to prepare the property promptly.
Please move any furniture, toys, bedding, etc back to where you found it before leaving.
Please clean the outdoor grill, table tops, range, counter tops, dishes, etc. before you leave. Please start a load of towels in the washing machine. Please strip sheets and put them on top of the beds. Please read the guest book for more relative instructions regarding your specific rental.
Please put trash out on trash day specific to your property. Instructions can be found in the guest book. We use garbage tags that we pay for, at most properties. Put your white kitchen garbage bags into one black outdoor garbage bag, and put ONE tag on the black bag only. If you are confused, please refer to the guest book, or call the property manager. It is important that trash goes out on trash days.
Recycling in Maine is not what it used to be. We are taking returnables only, that are redeemable for money. You can take them yourself to redeem or leave them in a separate bag for pick up. We do not recycle glass, misc. plastic, aluminum, etc.
Please report anything broken or damaged as soon as possible.
